Is there a free trial?

Not at launch, and on purpose. Instead of a self-serve trial that hands you an empty sandbox, we run a guided, founder-led implementation so your first weeks produce a working back office rather than a blank one. Onboarding is hands-on from day one.

What does implementation include, and why is it credited?

Org provisioning, branding, chart-of-accounts seed, default warehouse seed, user onboarding, and 30 days of founder-led support. On Professional, the $12,000 fee is credited against your first annual term, so committing to annual folds the setup into the plan instead of paying twice. Credit terms are confirmed on your order form.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Starter to Professional is self-service in the billing portal. Professional to Enterprise is a quick conversation because Enterprise turns on SSO/SAML and the full module surface. Upgrades are pro-rated from the day they land.

Are there per-seat or per-transaction fees?

No. Users and document volume are part of the tier, with no per-order surcharge. Your bill does not grow every time you hire someone or ship more.

Who owns my data, and can I leave?

You do. Your data is yours and exports on demand. Kitstak is the system of record while you operate, not a lock-in. Run it parallel to your old books for as long as you want, and cancel anytime.
